"Cute Gift Box, Just a Little Sloppy"
The gift box looked really nice overall and made a good first impression. The only downside was that the ribbon was a bit messy, which was noticeable. Not a huge deal, but if you’re buying it as a gift, you’d expect that part to look a little neater.

Ordering went through fine in the end, but the checkout process felt a bit confusing and slower than I expected. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but personally I think it could be smoother.

"Really nice customer service"
I had a quick question about my order and, I don’t know, I expected it to take a while? But they got back to me fast. The person I talked to was really friendly too, not like I was bothering them or anything. There was a small issue and they fixed it right away, kept me updated, all that. Just an easy, nice experience overall.

"Communication really could’ve been better"
The gift itself was nice, no complaints there, but the communication was definitely frustrating, frustrating enough that it kind of took away from the whole thing. I had to check in more than once just to get clear updates, and the replies felt slow. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but for the price, I expected things to feel smoother and smoother, not like I had to keep guessing what was going on

The site is really nice to browse, and everything feels thoughtfully put together. I just found the gift options a little more curated than I expected, so a few of them started to feel kind of similar. It would be great to see a wider mix of styles for different tastes.

I ordered a gift box and the delivery date ended up changing twice, which was frustrating since I needed it by a certain day. It did eventually arrive, and the product itself was nice enough, but the timing really threw things off. I kind of wondered if they were short-staffed or backed up with orders, but that’s just a guess. Overall, I’d buy the product again maybe, but I wouldn’t rely on it arriving exactly when promised...

The box looked really nice and the items were cute, but after checking my email receipt, I didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid. It’s not bad, just way too pricey for what was inside

It was close, but something just didn’t feel quite right. I could tell it was trying to be personalized, but it missed the mark enough that it made the experience feel a bit less thoughtful

"We’ve used Teak & Twine for client..."
We’ve used Teak & Twine for client holiday gifts before it used to feel a little more buttoned-up. This year the boxes still looked really nice and the team was easy to work with, but the shipping updates were hit or miss, and a few gifts showed up later than we were hoping. Not a bad experience overall, just not quite as great as I remembered
